What changed

  • Reframes the launch experience around Every AI Agent Needs an Identity and the four outcomes: identity, containment, certification, and platform defense.
  • Adds the why-now threat narrative, five trust pillars, integrations/ecosystem matrix, searchable documentation, product-boundary FAQ, active-section navigation, and mobile refinements.
  • Preserves every existing technical section, route, GitHub link, certification field, API/storage contract, V0.1 limitation, and original social preview as a fallback.
  • Adds recoverable certification drafts in session storage and duplicate-submit protection.
  • Adds a new Cairo-branded launch social card plus a content-preservation manifest and before/after implementation report.

Why

The previous site was technically strong, but it led with infrastructure and component taxonomy. This redesign gives buyers, security leaders, developers, platform teams, and auditors a clearer journey from the identity problem to an enforceable integration and evidence path.

Validation

  • python -m pytest -q — 25 passed
  • pnpm run typecheck — passed
  • python -m compileall -q src examples — passed
  • npm run lint — passed
  • npm test — build + 5 website tests passed
  • Browser QA at 1440×1000, 768×1024, and 390×844 — no horizontal overflow
  • Mobile navigation, documentation filtering, canonical metadata, form field contract, and console errors verified

Deployment

This PR intentionally does not deploy directly to production. Merge/deployment remains a separate review decision.
